I have several sensors in three different houses. I monitor temperature, humidity and wet/dry areas. Sometimes they are difficult to set up and customer support is almost non-existent. But for the money and a bit of patience they are great, have always worked for me for the past six years. Just put one in my AC pan to monitor the wet spot. If water gets into the second pan, I get a pretty quick notification on my phone about the AC overflow issue. A real peace of mind for around $26 for a sensor and a bit more if you need a gateway. Real-time notifications fee is $11 per year per device. Not necessarily if all you do is look at the touch app on your phone every day.
