Very durable, cooks well and is easy to clean
I love this pan. Cooks food evenly and quickly. A full strong fire is not needed, as it heats well. Easy to clean. Best of all, you can use regular stainless steel cookware without scratching the pan. Just a little thing. The handle can get a little warm, just a little, but towards the end of the pot. This is my everyday pan and I can only recommend it.
