This headset is terrible - the latency means I can't understand the first few words of a conference call. When I'm using the same setup (same computer, same software, connection type, etc.) but with a different headset, there's no latency and I can hear the other speaker just fine. But with the Sennheiser SC 160 there is a 1.5 second delay that renders this headset unusable. This element cannot fulfill the main function of the headset: to allow the user to easily hear the interlocutor. Now try to return the item.
