I was hoping to use this to keep an eye on my cat in my relatively small garden. He likes to climb under bushes and is difficult to find. However, this thing is completely useless and unreliable. It says the tile is out of range even though the tile is literally on the device. I'd rather find my stuff blindfolded and with my hands tied behind my back than with this thing. Photos are attached to give you an idea of how awful it is. For those who don't know what you're looking at, it's 3 different devices - one with a connected account and two with a 'shared location' right next to or below the 'lost' tile, and none of they can "find" it. " or see the tile. None of them can call and none of them answer when "Notify me when found" is set. All 3 devices say the tile is out of range. In fact the only device with The one I was able to get this to work was my iPhone 7 Plus This company claims that tile users' "network" can locate your device when it's in range, but this thing shows up on 3 out of 4 of my devices that aren't in range when they are less than an inch apart If 3/4 of my registered devices can't find this thing - I highly doubt anyone else will!
