My husband and I have been using this pre workout for over a year and it is by far our favorite and we have tried LOTS of pre workouts! Our daily workout consists of lifting weights and it honestly helps us work harder and last longer. Both flavors are delicious! I'm a 5'5" 155 lb female and I can take a full scoop without feeling itchy or jittery, but I'm also used to the pre-treatment effect. I have friends who settle on just a half scoop If you are a petite woman I would suggest starting with half a scoop because it is strong but then you can gradually add more.On the other hand my husband is 6ft 1" and weighs 6ft 1". 270lbs and usually takes a scoop and a half before a big workout but he's a big guy!Try Torched it's HOT!π₯π₯
