Great for slicing mushrooms and strawberries.

I've bought a couple of these for gifts. I use mine almost daily. Slicing strawberries for baking and slicing mushrooms for my gravy. Quick to just grab and use. It takes longer to wash it than to attend to the actual task of slicing. 8 always wash it by hand and breed a besmall brush to get between the blades, they are sharp!
