The best shoes for athletes

I have been wearing regular shoes from a major brand department store for many years, I have spent more on shoes than anything else in my life, but still I have been living with foot pain for 20 years, why? I had calluses on both feet which were mostly misdiagnosed as plantar warts. I was walking on the outside of my foot which was causing more health issues in my hips and lower back. I bought insoles, spent hundreds on special shoes, it was a nightmare dealing with the pain these calluses caused, fairly high heels were torture. So I poked around on YouTube and found a video about minimalist shoes. or sandals I was intrigued so I kept researching so I found out what the heck I had already spent enough on old shoes the thesis cost wouldn't break the bank so I gave them a try. A year later this is my second pair, first pair, the fabric is worn with the big toe up, they proved a bit more durable. well, a year in these shoes helped me learn to walk properly, pressure blisters kept getting smaller, finally 20 years of relief! I will never wear department store shoes again, now I can walk barefoot and feel like a little kid walking on grass. I highly recommend trying these shoes on and learning how to walk the way you imagine, the way your body wants you to.
