Review on Ultrasonic UV Sanitizer Professional Eyeglasses by Chelsea Hayes

Revainrating 1 out of 5

NO UV C on test card (see overview)

I have used a UV-C test card to see if the UV sanitizer is working. It's hard to say because UV-C light is invisible to the human eye. After leaving the test card in the cleaner for a full 5 minutes, the UV-C button turned green as if it was working, so the letters UV-C on the card should be lit and NOT DONE, meaning the disinfection will NOT be held. on the. This is really bad as people who buy this cleaner rely on disinfecting all sorts of stuff like masks, phones, pacifiers, glasses etc. My test card glows in the UV-C range from 250 to 270 nm UV-C light. This cleaner is rated at 253nm. It is therefore in the luminous area of the map. I will contact the seller and update this review when the issue is resolved. UPDATE: The seller was happy to send me another cleaner, but I tested it and it didn't register any UV on my test card either. I wouldn't recommend buying it unless you have a chance to UV test. Test cards are available from Quantadose's Revain here.
