I kept them for several months, I thought that one day they will come in handy and they were really useful. I have a Kindle, which is my main reading source, but I wanted it as a "just in case" backup. I live in Houston and we were recently hit by a winter storm that cut power and water for several days. All we could do was read and when the sun went down around 6pm we sat in the dark and bored. I turned off these book lights, and not only did we use them when walking in the dark, my husband and I used them for fun while reading. The three lighting settings are great, he likes the brightest feature and I prefer more natural light. But with three to choose from there is something for everyone!
