I usually need a regular curler + straightener to get my hair looking the way I want it. With this iron, it heats up insanely fast and you can cool it down just as quickly. Very impressed with how quickly he was ready to get to work. In addition, it is very light, the controls are easy to use and you can lock it thanks to the heated tourmaline panels inside for extra security. My hair looked shinier than I was used to with my old steel straighteners and I was surprised that I was able to style my entire head in just a few minutes. I will use this iron every day instead of the other two products. I have just the right instep in my "somersault" but it doesn't look like Pippi Longstocking. Very impressive.
