Excellent hair straightener, very light, fits perfectly in the palm of your hand without worrying about fiddling around trying to hold it. The photo shows it being formed in the palm of my hand. Let me start this review by saying that the quality of the product was evident even before you saw it. The box was beautiful and well made. That's the first hint. Even though I saw the photos I was still impressed with the overall look and quality. The straightener features rose gold titanium plates in a black body with an ergonomic grip. I bought this curling iron/straightener for my daughter and granddaughter. This was a mistake as my granddaughter immediately claimed her curls even though my

heats up quickly but doesn't pull hair well! To be honest I was disappointed because I was expecting a lot more, less traction, but I can literally hear it shedding my hair every time I run, almost like the blades are lost. Maybe it's the best I can describe. The good reviews were misleading.

I'm not sure if I received a defective product but the plates on this straightener are misaligned and not perfectly parallel so the plates are touching at one end but not at the other. Since these are floating plates I thought more pressure would help but then it started pulling my hair out. It's a shame because it heats up very quickly and has good features at an affordable price.

Can curl and straighten my hair in one! I uploaded some videos to YouTube and now it's much easier for me to curl my hair! I'm surprised how easy it was. This straightener is a great addition to my collection, I have had a wand and clip before but have not had a straightener and this one can curl and straighten. Love it!

This is a good flat iron but definitely not for fine hair. It heats up very quickly and gets very hot, you have to watch the temperature for your hair type. In my case my hair is very thin and colored so it got very dry. I think it's best for thick hair that really needs a lot of heat.
