I have used it on my Compaq Presario that doesn't have Bluetooth. I have used it on with the sensor and it works great . I can do everything involving the pointer & page without moving my wrist any . I saw a review saying you can't drag things by pointing & clicking I have no problem just put the arrow on what you want to drag hold the left button and let go . If you want to use the button without holding the just set settings where you just hold the button down a certain amount of time and it locks on what you want to drag just like with normal pointer settings. So easy to scroll move back & forward between pages you have been on and easy to put the height adapters on if you want it to be a little higher.
