Doesn't feel good and the movement is not smooth.

I use two trackballs everyday, the Logitech M570 and the Logitech MX Ergo. So, I am comparing the feel of this trackball to those. This trackball movement feels "gritty". It's like the rollers the ball sits on aren't completely smooth or something. As far as pointer movement is concerned, this is not good for fine movements as the pointer tends to jerk because the ball is not moving smoothly. The fine movement feels "sticky"This device (as far as I can tell) doesn't have it's own driver, but…

Excellent Trackball!

When my computer "died" a few months ago and I had to buy a new one, I found that my old Logitech trackball, which I'd been using for years and really liked, would not work with the new computer. However, I found that Logitech apparently now makes only "wireless" trackballs, which I did not want, and so I bought this one. So far, I am VERY pleased with it and highly recommend it.

Pros
  • SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: Window 7, 8, 10 and above; Package includes: PERIMICE-720, 10-degree stand, 20-degree stand, manual
Cons
  • Trackball can get stuck, causing frustration and delay

Its a good trackball!

I looked at a lot of trackballs and I only like the kind with the thumb control. I've had them for years and they are my favorite. Most mice out there are wireless and I don't like them. If you are a gamer and playing said game, some times I get lag from the wireless mouse. I'm less than 10 feet away, but still it happens. So the best trackballs are the corded. After looking at many trackballs, this one checked all my boxes and the price was a little higher (made in Germany), but I couldn't find

Pros
  • ‎No
Cons
  • The trackball is prone to wear and tear, leading to malfunctions and reduced productivity

Great solid mouse good for me

Bought this to use at work and it works a advertised. Been using track ball mice for a number of years now and love them. It gives me endless enjoyment watching my co-workers trying to figure out how to use it.

Pros
  • I use it for work not for gaming so I can’t rate something I don’t use it for.
Cons
  • Wireless connection often drops, causing frustration and loss of work

Solid Trackball: my feedback

Bought for work use. Just started using it today, but so far it has been good. You can customize the dpi in the driver software, other reviews stated they had a problem with the hi low dpi switch on the bottom. This is not a problem for me as i never need to switch, but being able to customize dpi with an actual number is a huge bonus. If they made one of the top buttons programmable to switch dpi, it would make more sense than a hardware switch on the bottom.I am used to using a Ergo MX, and…

Pros
  • SCULPTED DESIGN: Supports your hand comfortably and let it rest on the mouse; Dimensions: 5.47 x 4.06 x 1.97 inches
Cons
  • The trackball collects dust and debris easily, requiring frequent cleaning

Comfortable and usable, but not for precision tasks.

I have had this mouse for a week or two now. It is my first mouse of this style. I am overall slightly satisfied with it, but it is not perfect. It lacks most in precision and in its uncertain bluetooth connectivity with older Windows PCs.Pros: This mouse is a lot more comfortable and satisfying to use than a traditional mouse. It is especially good for tight spaces and for long periods of use. It's back and forward buttons, scroll wheel, and center button are all handy. For me, the center…

Pros
  • Long Battery Life: With its long battery life, this mouse ensures uninterrupted work or play, reducing the need for frequent battery replacements, making it perfect for professionals and gamers who need to use it for extended periods
Cons
  • The device may require frequent driver updates to remain functional

No more wrist pain: my feedback

This is slightly big and took some getting used to. I normally use logitech trackballs but we must used wired equipment at the office and logitech wired products are too expensive. The ball rolls smoothly and once I got used to the form and grip of the trackball housing, I can mouse a lot quicker. It was plug and play and was easy to set up. I love that this came with two different bases to adjust the height and tilt of the track ball. It's magnetized so its easy to pop on or off.My wrist no…

Pros
  • ‎Windows 10
Cons
  • The trackball is too lightweight, causing it to move too quickly and lack precision

Does it all! on my review.

For tired sore wrists this is a game changer from the old-style ball mouse platforms. With programing you can make this mouse roar with custom settings. Has a great price too.

Pros
  • Wireless Connectivity: With its wireless connectivity, this mouse eliminates the hassle of dealing with tangled wires, giving you more freedom and flexibility to work where and how you want
Cons
  • The device is prone to overheating and can become uncomfortable to use

Impressing this long-time Logitech fan.

I used to love my Logitech M570 trackball and have used Logitech's keyboards and mice for years and years. But, when the left and right buttons on my M570 started acting weird and I found out that you have to buy new micro switches for them and solder them in yourself to fix it, I started shopping for a new trackball. It's not easy to find a good trackball mouse at a low price, but I think I finally have. I'm surprised that trackballs aren't more popular and commonly used given that they take up

Pros
  • WIRELESS DUAL MODE: Switch between two devices via Bluetooth or wireless 2.4 GHz connection
Cons
  • The buttons are poorly labeled, making it hard to remember their functions

The ONLY REASON I bought this was because regular mice all come in mostly small sizes now and it was causing my hand and wrist a lot of discomfort holding on to those uncomfortably for many hours as I am an IT worker. This one allows a LOT OF COMFORT and awesome amount of area for the palm of your hand to rest comfortably on the back of the mouse and significantly reduced my pain and discomfort. The trackball against your thumb will need getting used to esp. for 1st time users. Th biggest change

Pros
  • Adjustable Angle
Cons
  • The setup process is complicated and not user-friendly

You get what you’ve paid for….

At first it was a pretty descent mouse…I was using it for my mini home recording studio….right click was always slow it terms of response…so every now and then I would clean it with compressed can air….it would work for awhile….I should’ve returned it then….Now the right click doesn’t work at all….So I’m out of 39.99 and need a new mouse :(….Next time I will spend the $ and go with Logitech one.

Pros
  • ‎Perixx
Cons
  • Buttons are too sensitive, leading to accidental clicks and unintentional movements

Not a great fit for me

This would be perfect if you like a thumb trackball. The mouse is ergonomic and a nice fit for an average sized hand. Thanks for attention.

Pros
  • Computer Accessories & Peripherals
Cons
  • The packaging is difficult to open, requiring unnecessary effort and time

Finally a trackball I can trust

The PERIMICE-720W is very similar to the Logitech M570, with several significant exceptions. Both are VERY comfortable in the hand and easy to use, with "Forward" and "Back" buttons for applications that support those (browsing, file navigation, etc.), and moving the cursor around without having to move the mouse (and reserve desk space to do so) can be very beneficial. Now, the differences.1) When I first read about the interchangeable angled bases it sounded like a gimmick, but it is actually

almost perfect on my review.

getting used to a ball vs. moving the mouse didn't take long. Took some time to set the speed to my liking. What could be done a little better is the smoothness of the ball against its enclosure sliding. At very fine moves (say, between 2 letters in a text) the motion gets jittery purely because of the mechanical friction that grabs the ball (no pun intended) ever so momentarily yet noticeably to an extend that the effort applied may make you skid and miss the point of where you want to be. I…

Kind of a big mouse

I should have measured it out before ordering it, I had no idea it was so big. I am trying to find a mouse that eases my arthritic fingers and this one made me have to spread my fingers a little wide. I think for someone with a big hand it would be great. My hand isn't tiny but I am trying to make my fingers work more efficiently and this didn't work so well. I am keeping it because you never know when you're going to need a mouse at 2 am when all the stores are closed, but it didn't solve my…

Cons

Very smooth in my review

I replaced a conventional wired mouse for an old Thinkpad laptop. For my desktop I use a Logitech M570 but I feared interference or complications if there were two in close proximity. The wireless feature of the 720 was attractive and is what I am using although bluetooth is also available if needed.Only time will tell about lasting performance and durability.

Pros
  • Easy to Use Controls: The easy-to-use controls of this mouse make it easy to adjust the angle, speed, and sensitivity to your preferences, giving you full control and customization over your mouse
Cons
  • The rechargeable battery is not replaceable, limiting the lifespan of the device

My review of this great mouse

I have used it on my Compaq Presario that doesn't have Bluetooth. I have used it on with the sensor and it works great . I can do everything involving the pointer & page without moving my wrist any . I saw a review saying you can't drag things by pointing & clicking I have no problem just put the arrow on what you want to drag hold the left button and let go . If you want to use the button without holding the just set settings where you just hold the button down a certain amount of time and it…
