The ease of use for our team to create an account was great! We are able get up quickly without having any issues or learning new software which made it super easy from day one as we had very little experience using this product prior (we do have some background but nothing major). I wish there were more options within their dashboard that could be used outside just creating accounts/sites like adding domains etc.- This has been solved by third party tools now though so not much issue anymore - However if you're looking at doing something where your users will need access across multiple devices then maybe look into other products instead? Our main goal being protecting patient information when accessing remotely via device such laptops computers tablets phones ect.. I like how easy it was to set up my accounts for each of our clients. It makes managing all of their information very simple. The support team has been wonderful as well! I wish there were more options when setting up an account. You can only choose from so many features when creating your account. We have had no issues thus far but would be open to any feedback you might have. This allows us to easily access client information at anytime without having to go into every single file.
