I have bought several sizes of this dressing and have used it many, many times. Yes, they're a little pricey, but they're worth it. I have lymphedema in one leg. Even the smallest scratch creates a large, deep, sinking wound that won't heal with a regular plaster. Antibiotics don't help because the wound is not infected, although the skin around the wound is devilishly red. I stumbled across these colloidal bandages, tried the pack and am very grateful for the discovery! They not only close the wound, they actively HEAL it. A few hours after the bandage is placed on the wound, a blister will form in the plaster just over the wound. This means it heals from the bottom up. I usually wear one for 3, 4 or even 5 days depending on the depth of the wound. The bandage sticks very well if you don't touch the adhesive side. just a bit.
