Use a band aid for each cut or blister

I found this product at my local CVS store about 8 years ago and over the years it has only grown in popularity. The key to using this product is to allow it to "progressively heal", meaning to seal the wound inside this plaster while it can stick to it, but make sure you clean the wound first before using it stick on. Do not put bandages or bandages on the wound. It's not like a traditional band-aid that needs to be changed every time it gets dirty or wet. It's also waterproof, so you won't…

This is the best hydrocolloid bandage available today. Maybe not the best value for money but definitely the best quality. Make sure you read the instructions as they don't work like traditional bandages. I think they work best on a fresh wound before it scabs. My friend didn't listen to me or read the instructions and he put it on semi fresh but scabbed and coiled up and then tried changing it the same day and it peeled off the scab and caused a lot of pain. But they are for several days…

Complete stick with no cotton pad, be careful

So I'll give it a 5 for the stick, very impressive. I burned my finger and got a blister, applied it to the fingerprint area above the blister, I decided to replace it after 3 days when it was still well glued - the area above the blister itself literally stuck to my injury! I peeled the protective skin off the top of my burn and it stuck to the band-aid and it wasn't until I had to pry the stick off my blister that I realized there was no cotton pad to separate the stick from the non-stick…

Works really fast! - Health

I had a 2.5 cm wound after falling on a rough textured tennis court and injuring my knee. I put these hydrocolloid bandages on a well cleaned knee, left them on (without looking) for 3-4 days straight and watched how quickly the wound healed! It really works and they are really waterproof! About a day after I put these special bandages on, the center became swollen white and you know how it works. I took it off my knee and the area looked so good. Coarse crusts do not form. It just grows new…

Plaster - only better!

Where have you been all my life? I had this tear/slit on my fingertip and normal stains fell off every time I washed my hands or before. Even supposedly waterproof. But they are different from the usual patch. You have no gauze. They are like a second layer of skin. You put it on a wound and it keeps it clean and slightly moist, which I think can be the cause of healing. It is also good for minimizing scarring. An added bonus for those looking to bandage their finger is that you can still type…

For non-healing wounds

I have bought several sizes of this dressing and have used it many, many times. Yes, they're a little pricey, but they're worth it. I have lymphedema in one leg. Even the smallest scratch creates a large, deep, sinking wound that won't heal with a regular plaster. Antibiotics don't help because the wound is not infected, although the skin around the wound is devilishly red. I stumbled across these colloidal bandages, tried the pack and am very grateful for the discovery! They not only close the

But does not work in salt water!

I bought these because I had a stab from an electric drill that went through the base of the nail bed. After following the doctor's instructions for 6 weeks and healing, my nail started to separate from the nail bed on its own. We were just about to go on a 2 week beach vacation and I needed something that would completely seal my finger/nail so I wouldn't risk getting stuck or getting infected on the side that goes up. I carefully followed the instructions and applied the bandage. I've found…

best bandage ever adhesive bandages

it's expensive but worth it. cannot be used on an actively bleeding wound, you must wait for the bleeding to stop. I originally bought them for finger sores so I don't have to change the bandage every time I wash my hands. I ended up with a very bad cut on my finger because I foolishly washed the knife. it was a deep gash at the tip of my finger. it was life saving. they lasted several days. They started to loosen around the edges and I cut off the loose bits - it was too painful to remove from
