I have several big vacuum cleaners in my big house. I bought it for use on stairs and hard-to-reach places where even full-size devices with long cords can't reach without an extension cord. It only arrived yesterday and as instructed I fully charged it before getting to work. -And that without having read the manual up until then. Direct and easy. Looks very successful. And pretty powerful. Built this staircase. made a whole room a good size. And the battery still worked. I emptied the dirt trap that was full at the time and did something else. Only then did I read the mediocre instructions and found that the device was running at low speed! That impressed me even more! Will it last? Can't tell at the moment, but it definitely feels solid and shows a quality that some of the much more expensive machines don't have. No, it does not replace my big vacuum cleaner. I did not expect this. But for the purposes stated, it's *better* than expected. And for a small apartment, it may well be everything you need. I bought mine at a super sale - a newer model is available for a much higher (but not exorbitant) price. So glad I did! I am impressed.
