Although these cases look nice, they are quite light. You'll need at least 3-4 inches of clearance between your tires and the wheel well to ward them off, or you'll have to improvise some kind of tool long enough to fit the inside of the cover onto the tire, which I had to do. Be careful. I've already punched a hole in one by doing it this way. You will then need some ground clearance to connect the plastic S hooks. Not the best choice for Audi A8 owners with 20" wheels. I've used lighter covers on other vehicles that have a metal bar inside that makes it easy to install, but even those would be difficult to use for my particular application.
