I recommend not using them for anything other than casual wear. They tore in multiple places on both shoes the first time I used them for anything other than walking. In addition, the soles began to deteriorate, like a used dish sponge. Also, Nike refused to do anything about it, so that's cool. I honestly can't believe they're selling them as trainers because they're basically fancy construction paper and Mr. clean.
