I remember my mother making gold leaf in the 1970's. It looked like a lot of work for questionable results. I have several figures in the popular white color, so I decided to keep the angel wings. Then the tape. Then it turned into a big project. As for this product, it works as I remember, it should work, but with better results than I remember. Each sheet in its own envelope. You don't have to try to separate one sheet from another, just separate the sleeves. Open the sleeve you want and here is the film ready to be placed directly on the product. By carefully folding back the sleeve, you have the film where you want it without using tweezers. Static is your friend if you know how to use it. Will I use this again? No, not because there is a problem with the product, but because I have autism. I never know what I can take until I try. I found that it made me do too many "bad" things to be comfortable. 1) I need to tear the foil sheets. 2) You have to put up with a dirty process. Well, maybe you can do without "dirty", but I can't. After using 8 sheets I pulled out some glitter from the epoxy sheet which is the same but already torn. I then applied this because it gave me similar results, but I am not responsible for a torn slide. It may not make sense to you, but being on the spectrum means you can obsessively follow the rules. My results don't have the specular shine that these foil squares offer (when used properly). But my fear subsided. I'll find other uses as well, like drawing a square on a mug and then drawing lines over it for graphic style (popular in the 1980s). As I said, the product is good. I'm the one with the problems.
