The product was damaged and looked like it had been used a lot when we received it. The metal buckles on the straps were broken so you cannot fasten your shoes. Also, there were brown marks (notches on the toes) in the shoes as if someone wore them many times before we received them. There were cracks in the plastic on the upper part of the shoe and on the heels (heavy wear and tear). Very disappointed.
