These shorts do the trick - my daughter wears them under dresses. I ordered my daughter's normal size and they fit 2T. Pros: Shorts came quickly, the size has approximated, the color matches the description. Cons: The seam that runs down the middle of the front and back is sewn crooked on almost half of the shorts. This doesn't affect its wearability as it is worn under a dress, but it would stand out when worn with a t-shirt, although they are quite thin and not very suitable for that. Light colors show through when printed underwear is worn underneath. These shorts are ok but I would not buy this particular set again.
