Received from 2 hands and without battery remote control
Attention when ordering! You can get a second remote control. When I received the remote control, I noticed a kind of scar that someone had opened with the remote control cover. I also noticed a few scratch marks on the back of the expansion. I followed the instructions from the manual to install my garage door in 30 minutes and my garage still hasn't had a response. I ended up using my original remote and replacing the battery. and finally it worked. I'm wondering why this company provided a customer with a product that was used by others and charged me in full as a new remote. Especially during the COVID-19 crisis, it is very dangerous to use a used product. right now. I hope the seller can explain!
