not close to 9 1/2
They are poorly made, I have them around the house somewhere and the tongue is 1/2 inch smaller than the 'gap', the shoes are very narrow and about 3/4 sizes smaller than the 9 1/2 shoes.

- Double velcro, great price. Looks good.
Cons
- The shoes are too small. Actually not very suitable. It should be a wider spruce
