My order arrived quickly. However, I have several problems with this product.1. The battery is attached/glued on the back, so attaching it is not very easy.2. The cheap thin plastic clip that snaps it on broke as soon as I put it on! (see photo) Are you kidding me?!? This clip was so thin. What garbage! It's nowhere near as strong as the original controller backplates/clips.3. Since one has broken the clip holding the back, the back is sticking out and unusable. So we only have one that works - tear it down! 4. No real power cord, just a very short (1ft?) USB cable. Which is ridiculous if you want to put it on a bookshelf or in a closet. You also need something with USB that's always on so it can charge. The seller encloses the card and basically asks for good reviews in exchange for a free (trial? LOL) product. Wow. Now I understand where the 5 star reviews are coming from.
