I opened the box and the first red flag was that the sticks were warped, they had a bend that didn't allow them to sit in the RAM slot, of course had to be put back into the mold when inserting the stick. After I managed to plant them, the computer didn't even want to boot into the BIOS! I've searched for errors and even tried the sticks individually in hopes that just one joystick might be defective, to no avail. I will return this product and look for something better.
