First, the hooks aren't wide enough if you're taller than short. People with big breasts can't use it easily and can't reach deep in the back because the curve isn't wide enough. Second, the roller end of the walking stick is even smaller than the hard plastic side. Speaking of the plastic side, the plastic injection process leaves a seam that's not very comfortable to push and pull against the skin. I really wanted this to work, but for the reasons above I gave it away (to someone much more petite). I have no idea why this rating could be hidden by the sensitivity filter. Come on Raven!
