Pros: - The vape head is absolutely perfect for vaping. It feels "right" in your hands. I really like the design of the head. The steam head somehow allows you to keep your bare hands close without burning yourself. I love the head of this steamer! - Doesn't leak or leave water stains on clothes (maybe the first time you use it. But after that it's pretty perfect.) - Built-in board which is very useful for steaming - Easy to move even without a wheel. Pretty easy. Refueling is muted for a very long time. Not sure how long, but longer than I expected given the size of the water tank - The board is articulated so you can position it at an angle, which came in handy. Cons: - The board is too short. Not very functional for long items like dresses/coats. The back of the board isn't a board (has moving metal parts on the back) which forces you to move the item around to create the back. somewhat useless for longer articles. I want the board to be the same length as the device. - Not high enough. Your back hurts when you bend down to steam long objects. You can use a stand to set up the whole vape and that will solve the problem. Having said that, you should ideally have an adjustable height that reaches a fairly tall height. The position of the steam head when it is attached to the side in the bracket provided is not suitable for long objects. It is located on the underside and gets in the way when steaming long items of clothing. You can also place the steam attachment on top of the block itself in the middle, but since that block isn't high enough, it still seems like an odd place when you're processing long items. - It would be nice to at least have wheels. Tips: - Be sure to use distilled water in this device to keep the device safe and prevent water deposits from accumulating. - Use the stand to put the steamer down when it is too short or you have back pain to bend and steam long items. I can return this item as it is important that it is large enough. I do like it a lot though and I think if you just used it for personal use and not for business use like we do it would be almost perfect.
