Easy to replace, lasts longer than plastic.
This replacement cap was easy to replace. I painted it white on the outside and lowered the temperature of the sunlight. I bought a plastic replacement 2 years ago and it broke in the hot sun. It was a bit more expensive, but galvanized lasts 10 or 20 times longer than plastic. After 3 months it works great.
