This vacuum cleaner is not a real shark vacuum cleaner and what you see in the picture is not what you get, this is one Fake company and counterfeit vacuum cleaner I have always bought Shark vacuum cleaners and I have bought the same vacuum cleaner that I have and if you compare them side by side in all areas they are completely different if I could give that and a negative review that i guess i don't necessarily have a problem with fakes but the information when buying an item should say something like that and it didn't say anything about the sword, i thought i was getting a real shark vacuum cleaner and instead i got a fake, which doesn't work and only made a $29 difference, not to mention I suggested it to my friend before I t actually got to find out it was fake so not only did i spend money on it but my friend bought it too , and i'm horrible because i would never suggest a fake vacuum considering that it's still a vacuum but not as close, it doesn't have light on it like the vacuum i thought i ordered and all the attachments are totally different than the nozzles in the picture and for some because it's the has weirdest smell when turned on and the smell didn't seem to go away. I don't even know how to explain what this smell is like, there's nothing I can think of. than the fact that it is very uncomfortable. So I'm really just frustrated, totally frustrated.
