This is a refurbished unit. It was very clean with no visible damage or scratches. They even photocopied the manual which was nice. It's very heavy so they have a very creative solution so it fits perfectly in my closet. And it's a shark, so it does a really good job of vacuuming from edge to edge and getting rid of pet hair. The filter is easy to clean, love it! As this is a major overhaul I bought a warranty which was very cheap.

This one actually lifted the carpet in the commonly used flat areas and picked up so much hair that my alter didn't pick it up.
