I'm concerned about the battery life. So far I'm so impressed with how well it works! This one actually lifted the carpet in the commonly used flat areas and picked up so much hair that my alter didn't pick it up. It has rollers and a light that turns red when hair gets caught on it, but it also has grooves on the rollers that make hair trimming easier. Compared to a more expensive brand, this vacuum cleaner is definitely worth the money. It is refurbished and therefore comes in a brown box, not original but well packed with seal. It comes with instructions and hand attachments. It's easier to store if you remove the handle and put it on the floor. Otherwise, my only complaint is that it's definitely very heavy. This makes it difficult to stand up as it is (but comes with a wall mount / no screws). My hands hurt a lot after using it. Features a cord wrap hook that folds down for easy cord unwinding. And it's definitely loud, not quiet, but don't worry about it, it's a vacuum. The catch compartment is big enough that I empty it every few uses. The lower part is too big to crawl under the sofa, but there is no problem with the bed. Overall, I'm happy with the performance here too.
