Update: 09/30/2020 Do not buy this product, after a year of use the bottle began to leak from the top even though it was completely closed. This product wasn't cheap so I didn't expect it to fail in just a year. The August 2019 review is a good bottle and I can't find any fault with this product so I'm happy with the purchase. . I love that there is a timeline that encourages you to drink a certain amount of water at a certain time. They also advertised that you can use the top as a mug and I can confirm it doesn't leak as one of the reviews states. I don't really care about using it that way, but it's nice to know it works great. This bottle is made of hard plastic, looks sturdy and is of really good quality. It's also without a boa constrictor, so it's nice. The size of this item is ok, it is not too big and you can also wear it outside, e.g. B. to the gym. That's half a gallon capacity, which is the amount of water everyone should be drinking. Unless you run at least 4 miles every day, don't buy a 1-gallon bottle. Remember that too much water is bad for your kidneys.
