Review on 🧀 Highly durable Osti Cheese Slicer Wire Replacements - Genuine Osti Originals by Michelle Chopra

The wires work well and are quite easy to fit into the OSTI Original cheese cutter I bought. Unfortunately they don't last very long. The original cable lasted 6 months - not great but I've had worse. The first wire change took less than a week. The second replacement of wires took less than a month. I use the slicer properly (I use a separate knife to cut off the cheese rinds) but they keep breaking at the end where a small "knot" is preventing the wire from going through the slot in the handle's "handle". slips. The two stars are probably a bit generous, but I hope the third wire lasts longer. Now I'm literally on the edge, not sure if I want to try other replacement parts or maybe just look for a better slicer.
