Plex and Disney+ apps don't work well. Screen response to the remote and menus in general is very slow compared to the ROKU we replaced with this one. Edit 9/20/21 - downgraded to 2 stars. The TV's performance degrades after a day or two to the point where it freezes or freezes and then requires a cold boot - unplug, wait 60 seconds, and plug back in.
