Review on Frontdesk Anywhere by Choice Maynard

I have been working with this team since they purchased my business 3 months ago! They are very knowledgeable about their product which has helped me in many ways to make our reservation system more efficient by allowing us access from anywhere at any time as well as being able to connect directly into systems we use daily (mainly Salesforce). The staff is friendly but not pushy or overbearing like some other vendors out there - just really good people who care that you succeed!! We've had no issues thus far. Honestly can't think of anything negative yet so all's going great. . ! Have them come onboard early because it will save tons off training costs once live goes down next week???? Make sure everyone involved knows how important customer service/support skillset must be before signing up w anyone else but these guys truly know what its' take to keep happy guests coming back again & even better help.
