I have been a professional Brazilian masseur and armpit massage for many years and wanted to do something at home so that I could take care of myself between them and my legs. I got the medium after the hard paste got too hard. This works great but I might try Soft next time to see if I can treat large areas on my legs at once. It's still a little difficult to manipulate large partitions for me.
