As kitchen towels, they take a little getting used to, but are generally better than throwing towels in the trash every few days. Sometimes I wish I had a more absorbent towel handy to work on the kitchen counter, but most of the time I'm glad I don't rip off two or three absorbent towels just to wipe down the counter or stovetop. The savings are dramatic. These things will keep me and my family going for 5 months straight. I have now reordered a larger 800ft roll. Even cheaper and not too intrusive on the countertop.
