I like the product very much, fully consistent with my expectations.
A first-grader's pal at home saw a similar pen and buzzed our ears to let us know that he, too, wants one. What else to do? Bought it, it's not like it was the most expensive toy. I was expecting the fuse to burn out in little more than a week, but she's been busy with her for the past month, and the results are gorgeous.
- The packaging is extensive (but the plastic wears out soon).
- It's best to keep a close eye on the kid because the plastic-supply nozzle becomes rather hot. The age restriction is reasonable given that the handle may feel too hefty and awkward for children under that age.
