My son has been playing football since he was 4 years old. He's 13 now. We've bought so many videos over the years but this one is by far the best. He's been preparing for the upcoming season, which means he has to walk a lot and work with his feet. He was bragging about how well this scooter worked so I had to try it. It gives you the perfect amount of pressure and unlike traditional straight rollers, you can roll your entire leg in one go. I didn't know when I bought it but you can remove the casters and use them on your feet. The boots are not comfortable for the feet so it is comfortable. All of his teammates will want one of these. It also works great on the hands.
