I'm a 40 year old female with these funny cystic pimples along my jawline. This is the only area I have struggled with as an adult and I have had it for many years. Basically it's just clogged and clogged pores that will never go away no matter how many facials and products I use. My dermatologist said it's a hormonal issue (hooray, 40! LOL) and I need to be on heart meds if I really want it to go away. Holy smokers, after a week of constant use I noticed a HUGE difference! After two weeks even the pores on my nose had shrunk (an added benefit!) and now it's four weeks and I can't even pick anything on my face. Seriously this is the adult version of Proactiv I will never use any other cleaner or toner again! A few words on sensitivity: If you have sensitive skin like me, I started using this product only once a day for the first few days because your face will be dry, but my skin acclimated quickly and now I have no problems to use it 2 times . per day along with toner and my usual moisturizer and SPF. I'm in love!
