Great product/one side effect
This has to be one of the best creatine supplements I have ever taken. After a few days I noticed that my rest time was cut in half, I was doing more reps and heavier weight. The only problem is that it upsets my stomach. bloating and upset stomach. I would seriously give this product 5 stars because it really works. But the downside is it really tears up my stomach. I still maintain the old school labs.
