UPDATE: Under no circumstances should you install the Frescologic drivers as they can further affect card performance. This is in the manual, but after the first problems with the card I tried to install the drivers and made everything worse. In any case, I wouldn't trust this card with storage devices or anything that requires persistent data integrity, but for keyboards and input devices I think it's perfectly fine. This is one of the prettiest and most legal PCI USB cards I've seen, at an affordable price. Unfortunately, he has a few weaknesses that keep him from being as good as he should be. As per other reviews, the metal piece can be too thick for many of the metal cutouts on the back of the computer, so be aware (as you may have to shave some of the metal off to make it fit). In my case, the USB-C connector wasn't even soldered, which I found a bit unprofessional, but mistakes happen. I knew it would be too good to be true to buy something like this at this price, but at this price it would be worth the risk.
