The vacuum bag keeps food from coming into contact with air so moisture doesn't evaporate making it a great weather barrier. The shelf life of products is significantly extended when they are vacuum packed. This product has become my new favorite friend in the kitchen. I think this would be great for my zucchini noodles. I try to freeze more meals that I can just pop into the instant pot when I'm lazy. My friend has a (more expensive) camping food saver machine and it's pretty noisy. However, the MXBOLD vacuum sealer works very quietly with only a slight humming noise. After seeing my vacuum sealer, she wanted one too. Because this sealer is much smaller and doesn't take up counter space. I will recommend it to all my friends!
