We built a pergola on our deck and wanted to create some ambience with lights. We wanted LED's to save energy and wanted the glass bulbs so they didn't have plastic that would yellow. The wire string is very heavy duty, the bulbs, when screwed in, are surrounded by the rubber boot, which protects them from inclement weather. The strings have a hanging loop on each light. Customer service has been excellent. We had a couple of bulbs broken in transit and they more than took care of it and quickly. We had two neighbors see the lights and come over to check them out. I sent them the link and they were going to purchase them. No regrets on the purchase of these lights!
