These replaced a set of lights that were wiped out by a large falling branch in a recent storm. I like them very much with one caution. The bulbs in this set are noticeably brighter and whiter than what they replace and so stand out from the other lights in our yard. It's not garish but it is a clear difference to the point where I am planning to salvage some bulbs from the old string to dial down the light level in a few places and blend a better with the other existing strings. Started out great, lit up the backyard plenty bright. After 1 year, used less than 20 times, far to many bulbs failed. This is a set of two 15 bulb strings. On one of them 6 out of 15 failed and the other 3 out of 15 failed. No corrosion or visible damage,, just failed. If this is a one time thing then you're spending $20 for new bulbs on top of the stri g price. If this happens every year then it's just complete garbage.

We didn't get a remote control. I really like the lights, very bright. Hope they last a long time. I do have one concern, the bulbs really had to be screwed in tight to make contact and work.

Photos are the same area in my yard seconds apart in real time with lights off and then on. These lights are perfect. Very durable. Easy to install. The single loop hole above each light allows many possibilities for mounting/securing them. Seller is very responsive, professional and excellent customer service skills.

This is a very high quality, solid set of outdoor string lights. However, we almost returned both sets as we could not initially get any of the bulbs to light. You will have to screw in the bulbs much further and tighter than you would expect. I ended up taking each socket and raising the small tab in the bottom to make contact easier. Once completed, these were perfect!

One of the two string lights has a kinked wire which not only burnt the fuses on the both string lights but also burnt the fuses on on two my my existing string lights which I connected the new ones to.

We built a pergola on our deck and wanted to create some ambience with lights. We wanted LED's to save energy and wanted the glass bulbs so they didn't have plastic that would yellow. The wire string is very heavy duty, the bulbs, when screwed in, are surrounded by the rubber boot, which protects them from inclement weather. The strings have a hanging loop on each light. Easy to hang. Just as described. Only bought one string and it was plenty of light for my canopy. Thought they were a little too bright. Ordered a dimmer with a remote control and now I can use as much or as little light as called for and turn the lights on and off from my kitchen. Otherwise you’d have to unplug them each time.

I strung these completely around my winter home along with an on/off daylight switch for security and I am very happy with this product

I loved the lighting of these BUT I broke 6 bulbs during the install. They are incredibly fragile and one swing into my ladder took out three in one shot. And as of today, two others have gone out. I'll never buy again and have switched to the plastic bulbs.

The lights look great however a few came broken a quick message to the seller and they’re willing to send replacement bulbs.

So far they have been great. We bought a dimmable Christmas light plug that has made these fantastic. They come on at dark on the lowest level and it's perfect for every night, and when we turn them all the way up you can see great!

these strings combined covers an area of almost 100 feet in diameter. Appears to be well built. I like the bulbs it came with because I can easily go to homedepot and buy replacements. Also it did come with 2 extra bulbs. I also hooked up a dimmer which included a remote control. Overall there's plenty of light without being overbearing.
