So far so good. Although we don't have many phones, they work quite well and the call sounds much nicer than our old phones. Speech intelligibility is excellent and the backlit numeric keypad is very convenient. The LCD panel is easy to read and backlit. The phones have been synced with some similar phone models we received so the compatibility is good. Speaking of syncing with existing headsets, I had to call their tech support to figure out how to "register" the phones to the base and the customer service was outstanding. The representative knew exactly what to do and patiently guided me through a series of cryptic keystrokes to get the phones to contact the base. He said the only reason we had to do it the non-standard way was because the phones were already registered to another base and they needed to be wiped. So Vtech gets an A for customer service from me. Overall worth the price.
