My second set of this phone brand. I have 10 years since the last set. I replaced the batteries and they need to be replaced after a few years. I figured now is the time to upgrade. This new system works great, took only a few minutes to install, easy to follow instructions

I may have overlooked this in the product description but was very disappointed to find out the phone didn't work with my old phone jacks. There was a note in the package that said the company may need to update my connectors to make it work. I don't want to pay for replacement phone jacks. I will give the company a start on how they handle returns. It was quick and easy.

The display is too hard to read, I can't see who is calling so it's useless. The keyboard does not work well, sometimes there is a tone when pressing the key, sometimes not enough to determine if a number has been entered, resulting in calls not connecting. There is no option to mute outgoing and incoming messages. When I'm concentrating on work, I want someone to leave a message so no one disturbs me. Later, when the message light is flashing, I can receive the message and call back if needed.

So far so good. Although we don't have many phones, they work quite well and the call sounds much nicer than our old phones. Speech intelligibility is excellent and the backlit numeric keypad is very convenient. The LCD panel is easy to read and backlit. The phones have been synced with some similar phone models we received so the compatibility is good.
