a slightly higher level could have been used

Introducing Rockford Fosgate r2-500x4. Speakers are booming in my cockpit 2002 2500hd ext. I would like a bit more highs from time to time, coupled with some ks 4" in the rear and a 300w 8" bazooka tube. Lay the cables in the right size. My amp is powered by 4ot. People say older speakers sound better, obviously not..read it takes power to play. no amp, don't waste your money. Set it up right, they beat.
