The braided hose is great, but the bolts and washers felt a little wobbly after all the effort it took to get to the exhaust port on the engine block. I used a new set of factory bolts and crush washers with a new braided hose as they are available to purchase and for peace of mind. I recommend this approach, but it's probably not a big deal if you're using all the hardware that comes with it. Make sure the big hole screw goes into the block and not the turbine. The flare nut should be at least half a turn, so mark it with a felt pen before tightening.
